'Get Some Joy' - Leeds tipped for January success amid active pursuit of three targets

Given his versatility and desire to acquire “versatile players” before the deadline, Daniel Farke has identified the Spurs player as a possible “two-for-one” option.

Ben Davies may become available if Tottenham makes changes to their roster, according to Jacobs, who stated, “I think Leeds are keeping Ben Davies because.”

Because he can play both left and centre back, Davies is a beautiful player. Daniel Farke is looking for flexible players because of the requirement to bolster and the short window this window has. It almost seems as though Davies or someone similar to Davies is a two-for-one deal.

signing. Players with greater versatility will be given precedence.

Leeds is currently focusing on the names of Davies, Ben Johnson, and Connor Roberts. I wouldn’t be shocked if, over the course of the following two weeks, they become active and experience some happiness.

Clock ticking

If the Whites are indeed trying to sign Davies, then maybe someone at Spurs has convinced them that it is possible. Davies seems like an unduly optimistic alternative.

Both Johnson and Roberts appear far more feasible if a financial arrangement can be made in each situation.

The defence at Elland Road is just a few injuries away from appearing incredibly shoddy, so Farke and his hiring department will have to hope they can get something over the line, if not more than one.

It would be a huge disappointment for Leeds United to be fighting at the tail end of a possible promotion drive with a defence line that is so heavily dependent on injury problems and players filling in out of place after putting together an essentially superb first half of the season.

Leeds United

The position of left defender appeared to be in need of a fresh addition, but Farke’s choice to send Djed Spence back to Totteham and subsequently permit Luke Ayling to join Middlesbrough has left right back in doubt as well.

The Whites’ midfield is now lacking as a result of Charlie Cresswell’s behind-the-scenes collapse, and Ethan Ampadu will no longer play in that position.

Fans would be less alarmed by the numbers at the back if Davies were to arrive, but it would still be a coup if the other two names were announced.
