“Whether that be the tempting offer of Championship football, or whether we need to consolidate and consider high-quality League One players.
“When looking at the transfer market currently, there are certainly lots of options available. One area that we need to consider is our strike force.
“This is an area that we’ve lacked in quality in more recent months, and have had to rely heavily on the services of Ryan Hardie, being one of our top scorers at the moment.

“One priority, I believe, is going to be looking for a dedicated number nine. In all honesty, with the recent performances of Muhamed Tijani, I think because we have the option to buy him from his loan spell from Slavia Prague, he may be a useful acquisition.
“Whether that be as a backup striker in the Championship, or a League One striker as a more prominent figurehead in terms of a target man.
“I also believe considering a stronger midfield would also be on the cards, as at the moment, we have Darko Gyabi who will be returning to back to Leeds United after his loan spell, and we often need some strong central midfielders to help bolster our attacking threat.”
Plymouth Argyle will surely be preparing to lose some key players this summer
This summer will undoubtedly bring about a lot of changes at Home Park, regardless of whether Plymouth Argyle will play in the Championship or League One football next season.
This is due to the fact that Argyle’s team is far from lacking in coveted assets or talent.
Since Hardie is a centre forward who has established himself as a reliable source of goals at the second division level, there will undoubtedly be plenty of Championship teams interested in signing him this summer.
Behind the Scotsman, players like Adam Randell, Jordan Houghton, and Bali Mumba have all demonstrated their abilities at the Championship level, while Maksym Talovierov, the club record signing, appears to be an extremely intelligent defender.
Therefore, it looks like Argyle will have some big cash infusions this summer. Although no club wants to lose its best players, Plymouth might be able to earn enough money from player sales to cover a complete overhaul of their playing roster for the upcoming campaign.
