Tottenham: Luka Vuskovic ‘Carnage’ emerges as Spurs-bound player is rated by expert

Lilywhite Rose’s John Wenham thinks Luka Vuskovic has what it takes to cause “carnage” for Tottenham when he joins the league.

Vuskovic, who signed a £12 million contract with Tottenham from Hajduk Split, will join the team in 2025 when he turns 18 (Evening Standard, September 25).

For the time being, the centre back is playing football on loan with Radomiak Radom in Poland, where he recently showed the team what a menace he is in the box by scoring in back-to-back games.

Wenham also thinks Vuskovic has what it takes to be a dangerous goal scorer once he joins the Premier League.

“I have been really impressed by what I have seen from Vuskovic so far,” said Wenham, the creator of the respected Spurs podcast Lilywhite Rose, in an exclusive interview with Tottenham News.

“He scored in back-to-back games for Radomiak Radom, and for both goals, he caused absolute carnage in the penalty area.

“Because he’s enormous, he just towers above everyone.

“Those goals will be really good for his confidence. You don’t see many 17-year-olds scoring those types of goals in a top European league.”

Luka Vuskovic will hope to make an instant impression on Ange Postecoglou when he arrives at Tottenham

In the Premier League, it is really helpful to have goal-scoring threats all around the pitch, and Vuskovic is clearly showing that he might be for Spurs.

His height and physicality are really exceptional for a 17-year-old, and he has not showed any symptoms of struggling to adjust to senior football yet.

Vuskovic has the potential to be a significant physical presence for the Tottenham squad for many years to come if he keeps growing in the proper direction.

The Croatian will be eager to demonstrate his ability to be a true contributor at both ends of the pitch as soon as he joins Ange Postecoglou’s team.
