Journalist Dean Jones recently stated to GiveMeSport, along with a list of other possible targets, “The situation hasn’t changed, and Tottenham have always intended to sign two top-level center-backs across 2024.”

Spurs dispatched a “senior” scout to supervise Greaves earlier this month as Postecoglou’s team appeared to be interested in the Englishman, according to a story in The Mirror’s print edition [10/03/2024], via TBR.
Grant McCann called Greaves a “special” player, and since joining the Tigers in 36 Championship games as a fixture, he has even scored two goals and provided four assists.
Former Hull manager McCann, who gave the young player early exposure to first-team football, declared, “The kid is going to be special, it’s as simple as that.”
“I believe he is past the Under 23 football level, but we don’t want him to have a dead year. In order to introduce him to men’s football, we’re currently exerting a lot of effort to do that.
