The FA Cup match between Chelsea and Leeds United is taking place tonight at Stamford Bridge.
When Leeds United visits West London to play Chelsea in the FA Cup, they’ll have the support of an enthusiastic away end.
Right now in the Championship, the Whites are doing really well. Daniel Farke’s team has won nine straight league games for the first time in more than a century. Their ability to perform has propelled them to the second position on the Championship standings.
When they play Mauricio Pochettino’s star-studded Chelsea team, all of it will be for nothing.
Chelsea’s luck is not as good as Leeds United’s in the Championship, where they are rapidly cutting into Leicester City’s lead. Due to their lack of consistency, the Londoners are 12 points outside of the European spots in the Premier League standings, sitting in 10th position.
These are five players that could control the FA Cup match between Leeds United and Chelsea.
Georginio Rutter
Record buy of £35 million For many Championship sides, Rutter has proven to be too much. He is frequently difficult to move off the ball because to his drive and low center of gravity, and he poses a threat to any team thanks to his keen passing ability.

Summerville is a threat both inside and outside the area that the Chelsea defenders, particularly the right-sided ones, must be mindful of. Similar to Rutter, though, there are concerns about his level of fitness following an ankle roll.
Enzo Fernandez
The Blues’ midfield engine room will depend heavily on Fernandez, a 23-year-old World Cup winner. A year ago, at a British record-breaking £106 million, he joined from Benfica.
As the Blues attempt to outmaneuver Leeds’ press and coordinate attacks, he will see a lot of ball come through him. The center defenders and midfield of the visiting team will have to play at the highest level on Wednesday night.
Ethan Ampadu
Amapdu, a former Blues youth player who joined Chelsea in 2016 from Exeter City, is making a swift return to Stamford Bridge. Only last summer did he become the transfer window’s biggest acquisition for Leeds United.
He first supported the Whites’ midfield anchor before returning and starting to play well at center back while Pascal Struijk was out with an injury. He has handled attackers from the Championship rather well, but he will have his hands full against Chelsea’s offensive players.
