“They’re dominating” – Sky Sports pundit shares huge Leeds United prediction live on air
After defeating Leicester City on Friday, Leeds United is favoured to finish the Championship season undefeated at home.
Leeds is now enjoying a winning streak of nine games since the beginning of the year, and they are also pushing their way into the automatic promotion spots. This is the best start Leeds has had to its 2024 campaign.
In their most recent match, they overcame a 3-1 deficit to defeat Leicester City at home, which was their best performance of the season thus far. Before his contract expires, Leeds United is considering a second striker from the same UK club, according to a report.
Sky Sports’ Andy Hinchcliffe heaps praise on Leeds, backs unbeaten home run

Andy Hinchcliffe, a live on-air analyst for Sky Sports, discussed his views on Leeds’ outstanding home record and Daniel Farke’s team’s inability to taste defeat at Elland Road.
Hinchcliffe believes that the Whites will win every game this season despite having just finished what is perhaps the hardest game thus far:”If you look at their performance metrics, Expected Goals, they’re ahead of schedule. They’re dominating games, playing the way they are, and not only winning them, but also worth winning them. Although they won it in a different manner in the last ten minutes, Leicester was the only team that wasn’t [3–1].
Their performance is outstanding; with Archie Grey and Ethan Ampadu moving from midfield into the back four and Gloria Gruev and Glen Kamara occupying central midfield, the team appears more balanced than it did in the past. “They’re dominating at home and away, and I expect them possibly to go undefeated at Elland Road throughout the season.”
“Everything appears to be going well for Leeds, and Daniel Farke is aware of the strain at the top of the league having gained experience in promoting clubs. Their standing in the league and their current form are well-earned.

Leeds United’s record in 2024: nine straight victories
Farke has had an incredible run of victories in the new year, allowing Leeds to overtake him for the lead and closing the distance to the top two.
Leeds is showing excellent attacking ability right now, and as Hinchcliffe notes, they also appear to be quite strong defensively.

Elland Road has become a fortress again

Against Cardiff City in the first game, we could have easily lost this unbeaten home record, but other than Leicester, no one has even gone close to ending it since.
Even so, the way the Foxes responded after our equaliser highlights the significance of having such a record.
They were overpowered by the clamour when Connor Roberts scored, and only one team was going to prevail.
