EFL pundit Carlton Palmer believes any of the Championship sides, which include Leeds United and Ipswich Town, would be onto a winner should they sign Kieffer Moore this month.

Given his experience in the Championship and his understanding of what it takes to advance, Carlton Palmer thinks Kieffer Moore would be a valuable addition to any Championship team. Moore ought to leave Bournemouth since he isn’t receiving enough playing time, and a move to the Championship would be the best option for him. Moore would bring a different type of profile and might be a better alternative than what they presently have, thus any Championship team should be eager to sign him this January.

The striker for AFC Bournemouth appears certain to drop out of the Premier League team this month since he has become less important.

“Kieffer is proven at Championship level, scoring 20 goals in his first season at Cardiff, which earned him his move to Bournemouth.

“At 31, he is experienced and knows what it takes to get promoted out of the Championship, so any club that gets his signature is onto a winner.”

Kieffer Moore’s stats so far this season

As Kieffer Moore has never been afforded a run of appearances since joining AFC Bournemouth in January 2022, it has been difficult for him.

Only four appearances for the team in the 2021–2022 season have forced the forward to settle for a lot of minutes off the bench.

Moore made a brief appearance for the Cherries during the previous season, although he was constantly in and out of the squad. This season, the seasoned striker has made seven appearances off the bench but has yet to start a league game.

Only one start has Moore made this season, and that was during the EFL Cup. The forward scored his only goal of the season during last month’s victory over Crystal Palace.

The likelihood of Cardiff City and Bournemouth reaching a Kieffer Moore agreement is becoming more apparent.
