A new transfer rumour claims Leeds United is interested in moving for a “flair” player who has previously caused Whites’ hearts to break. He could give Daniel Farke’s team so much more quality.

In order to give themselves the best chance of making a swift return from the Championship to the Premier League, Leeds may try to enter the transfer market in January.
Bright Osayi-Samuel of Fenerbahce is one player whose name has been connected to a transfer to Elland Road; Wolves and Crystal Palace are also interested in the full-back, and Ali Al-Hamadi of AFC Wimbledon is another player Daniel Farke may want.
One player who could depart Leeds is Crysencio Summerville, and in 2024, Aston Villa is thought to be a likely destination for Summerville. But considering the calibre of work he could produce between now and the conclusion of the season, the Whites will undoubtedly want to keep him on staff.
Leeds want to sign David Brooks
The midfielder David Brooks from Bournemouth is available for loan to Leeds, according to talkSPORT’s Alex Crook, who also stated that rival Southampton is interested in purchasing him next month.

Leeds could make a terrific addition to their lineup in the January transfer window with Brooks, who would provide them with that additional piece of attacking flair and technical ability. Given that he has only started two Premier League games this season, the 26-year-old might also be open to the notion of moving on. This could result in a deal that works out well for everyone.
When the Englishman and the now-manager Eddie Howe were at Bournemouth, the former manager praised the player, saying as much:
“It has typified his introduction to the club. He has played ever so well for us, he has got a creative flair, non-stop energy and he took his goals really well today. He is a player that can do a little bit of everything, he is very good offensively, is creative, turns well with the ball and is very intelligent.”
The remarkable courage with which Brooks overcame cancer has demonstrated his level of character, and Leeds fans’ welcoming of him could not be more positive. They had previously experienced his anger when, when playing for Sheffield United, he scored a late winner at Elland Road.
With this transfer arrangement in place for January, Leeds United may finally be able to bid a dying Patrick Bamford farewell.
There shouldn’t be any problems with him acclimating to life there because he has demonstrated Championship experience, having scored nine goals and recorded eleven assists in 69 games in the division.
Given that he has contributed 15 goals in 59 Premier League games and has demonstrated his ability to perform at the highest level, there aren’t many reasons why a move would be detrimental, especially since it would only be on loan. Still, it might be something to keep an eye on in the upcoming weeks.
