Fabrizio Romano says Tottenham ‘reach agreement’ for new ‘long-term deal’ with 21-year-old
Despite having no prior Premier League experience, the 21-year-old Italian was trusted by Ange Postecoglou and his coaching team to be a regular starter for Tottenham.
They have been lavishly rewarded, and it now seems that Udogie will receive the same favours in the form of a new, long-term agreement.

Destiny Udogie new Tottenham Hotspur deal
This morning, Fabrizio Romano spoke with X to provide an update on the Tottenham Hotspur defender’s new contract. He wrote this in his post:
“EXCLUSIVE: Tottenham and Destiny Udogie agree on a new, long-term contract for the Italian fullback.”
Club sources affirm that the agreement has been finalised and sealed; they understand that everything is done. Spurs are thrilled that Udogie and they agreed on a pay increase.
The young man, who scored his first goal in white yesterday against Newcastle, had an incredible 24 hours. Fantastic news for Spurs supporters and, more significantly, for Udogie.
Destiny Udogie has finally solved recurring Spurs issue
After all these years, Udogie appears to be a capable left-back who can play for Tottenham Hotspur for many more years.
Over the years, Spurs have experienced significant difficulties at the left side of defence. Since Danny Rose, no one has taken the job and made it their own.
Udogie’s demonstrated that he is capable of doing that and more for years to come. Even at the young age of 21, he has the world at his disposal, and he’s only getting started.Destiny Udogie is a tremendous asset to Tottenham, and the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will only see him grow in strength.

Club reportedly wants to sell ‘Messi-esque’ left-footer to Tottenham for £21m
It has been stated by Italian journalist Fabio Santini that Juventus is actively seeking to sell Soule to Spurs in the upcoming season.
In an interview with TV Play, he discussed the Serie A team’s prospective departures in 2024, and it looks like the Argentine genius may be one of them.
In addition to Tottenham, Crystal Palace is regarded as a team that may sign Soule in the upcoming New Year.
Santini stated, “Juventus is working hard on two important midfield profiles.”
With an offer of €40 million made in June, they had already approached Koopmeiners quite closely. In January, the price might increase to €45 million if Iling-Junior and Yildiz are sold.
“They would like to sell Soulé to Crystal Palace or Tottenham for €20–25 million (£17–21 million) as they have never let go of the track leading to Berardi.”
Tottenham target Matias Soule ‘can really produce magic’
In January, Spurs could definitely use more attacking players, especially on the left side of the ball.
Manor Solomon and Ivan Perisic are now out for Tottenham, and their injury woes have made the season difficult for them.
Soule undoubtedly fits the Spurs’ mould. He is young, incredibly gifted, has a promising future ahead of him, and he has already shown his mettle in Serie A.
FootballTransfers claims that since going out on loan to Frosinone this season, he has developed into “one of the best players in all of Serie A in 2023–24.”
In his meagre 13 appearances in the Italian top division, Soule has already scored six goals and provided one assist.
The rumoured Spurs target was previously touted by Jacek Kulig of Football prospect Scout as a “Messi-esque” prospect who “can really produce magic.”
Tottenham has had some success with Juventus players. See if Soule is the next person on the list to excel at N17.
