‘Contacts are underway’ – Player ‘can move’ to Tottenham next month, director already held talks with Spurs

According to TuttoMercatoWeb on Tuesday, Samuel Iling-Junior, a target for Tottenham Hotspur, may leave Juventus in the winter transfer window.

Additional Italian sites support this and offer the most recent information on Spurs’ continued pursuit of the 20-year-old.

The winger, who can also play left wing-back, is expected to depart the Serie A team in January, according to Sport Mediaset, since he has struggled to establish a consistent role this season. Tottenham is brought up while talking about his alternatives.

Apparently, Cristiano Giuntoli, the sporting director of Juventus, visited England lately and discussed Iling-Junior with a north London club. Given that the player’s contract expires in 2025, The Old Lady are hoping for a permanent sale.

The England U21 international is reportedly free to leave the Turin club, and according to Calciomercato, which was passed along by Il BiancoNero, he’may transfer’ to Tottenham the following month.

They go on to say that “contacts are underway” regarding a possible trade for the former Chelsea academy graduate, most likely between the two teams.

Spurs have a chance because Juventus is eager to sell.

Ian Wright can’t stop laughing at what £40m Tottenham player has said after Arsenal winner last night

On Tuesday night, Declan Rice prevented Arsenal from losing.

In the last moments of Tuesday’s match, the England international gave the Reds the most dramatic of victories over Luton, and you can imagine that Arsenal supporters all throughout the nation were ecstatic.
Even though he was announcing throughout the game, Ian Wright was still showing off his heart. In a video posted by Optus Sport, Wright was ecstatic over Rice’s goal after watching some remarks made by James Maddison.

Wright did, in fact, happen to be reading Maddison’s remarks this week regarding how much he detests the fact that Rice is an Arsenal player when the £40 million man scored a goal.

Wright in raptures after Maddison’s comments

When Rice scored, Wright’s response was flawless.

“Observe. James Maddison, look at what I was just staring at: “I detest that he plays for Arsenal.” Wright remarked, “Hahaha, and then Declan Rice scores.”

Bound to happen

Even if we don’t think superstitions and jynxes exist in football, Maddison’s remarks this week made this moment feel somewhat inevitable.

As competitor players, Rice and Maddison are such big names for their respective north London clubs, it seems that anytime a rival player complains about an opponent, they show up and make something happen.

Maddison was not a fan of Rice being at Arsenal before to Wednesday, and he will be much more devastated now that the Gunners have taken a significant lead over Tottenham in the Premier League and are continuing to pull away in the title race.

Now that Rice is beginning to play for Arsenal in crucial situations, you would expect that from a man you have invested £105 million in.
