Journalist reveals how long Micky van de Ven will be out for in fresh injury update

Micky van de Ven, who was substituted out of the Chelsea match on Monday night due to injury, has provided an update, according to Matt Law of The Telegraph.

This was not looking good from the start when the Dutch defender injured his hamstring just before halftime.

His injury is a “significant one,” according to Ange, who was seen using crutches after the game. He may not be back for the “foreseeable future,” according to some suggestions.

Spurs supporters had some hope when they saw him in the gym with the other boys a few days later, but Paul O’Keefe clarified that even wounded players had reports, which would account for his attendance.

Matt Law stated that Tottenham has postponed his initial scan for the time being, and he is still “set for a lengthy spell out” on the sidelines even though surgery might not be necessary.

His return date may not be until January at the latest, according to him, although Spurs will provide a more accurate estimate after the scans are completed.

He said:

“Tottenham fear Micky van de Ven is set for a lengthy spell out injured, despite hoping he will not require surgery.”

“Estimates suggest Van de Ven could be out until January at the earliest, although Tottenham are yet to put a firm timescale on his return and delayed an initial scan.”

Tottenham supporters would not have like to hear this news. Since moving from Wolfsburg to Spurs in the summer, Micky van de Ven has been one of the team’s most impressive players.

Van de Ven strengthened Tottenham’s defense right away and made a smooth transition to the tough and cutthroat Premier League. He and Cristian Romero have one of the strongest back-court partnerships in the league.

Several commentators have praised him for his influence, one of which being William Gallas, who calls him the “best signing of the season.”

Ange’s chances of finishing in the top four or higher will undoubtedly suffer greatly from the 22-year-old’s absence.
