James Maddison buzzing over 22-year-old Spurs player’s international display
On Friday evening, Dutch defender Micky van de Ven made his Tottenham Hotspur debut.
In the Euro 2024 qualifying match with France, the 22-year-old Spurs center defender came off the bench 10 minutes from time.
Van de Ven, who took over for Nathan Ake in Amsterdam, received a runout as his country came very close to recovering a point.
After the game, the Tottenham summer acquisition posted photos of himself from the match on Instagram along with a comment.
An early dream, according to Van de Ven. I’m thrilled with my Oranje debut.
