In a three-way fight to sign a new striker to the Premier League, Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly ready to throw everything at it.

How good is Son Heung-min?

However, there are now rumours of a lucrative new deal being in the offing for Son, and BBC’s Hutton told Football Insider how much he is changing Spurs in his new position.
“Ang wants Spurs to play a more football-orientated style, rather than long balls up the field,” Hutton said. “Son is very clever, he can link up and run in behind, which suits him very well and gives you the option of bringing in different wide players, like Richarlison (if he is selected to play alongside him) and Maddison, who has been brilliant since signing. They have plenty of options to play there, and Son has no problem doing so.”
Son has scored five goals in just six league games so far this season, and he appears to be flourishing under new manager Postecoglou’s tutelage. If Son can stay injury-free and performing to his best, there is no doubt he will be a key player for the rest of the season.
