Sources: Leeds plan to accept Jack Harrison offer on one condition
Given the recent scrutiny surrounding Jack Harrison’s long-term future, Leeds United has already begun planning for the January transfer window. After spending two years on loan at Everton, Harrison returned to Leeds in the summer, but he hasn’t been able to establish himself with Daniel Farke’s team thus far.
Although the 28-year-old has made seven appearances this season, their Carabao Cup loss to Sheffield Wednesday in August was the only one in which he started. Because Leeds is getting ready to consider offers, there is a growing sense that he might be permitted to leave the team during the January transfer window.

Harrison may be sold by Leeds in the summer, but only if they could find a successor instead of losing a key member of the team. That will continue to be the case in January, as I disclosed on the most recent episode of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast.
Harrison’s departure is probably going to be contingent upon the availability of a successor when the January window opens.
Farke will only approve sales halfway through the season if they are sufficiently replaced since he does not want to undermine his team, even if it means losing squad members. I clarified on the Inside Track podcast: “Yeah, after those two loan stints away from Elland Road, it’s a surprise that he’s back at Leeds United really.”
Look, Leeds’ current goal is more likely to bolster the team rather than deplete it. Harrison’s contract also runs through 2028. I don’t think Leeds would consider it until a big offer did come in for him.
Daniel Farke puts his thumb up on the touchline
“A lot will depend on what Leeds can accomplish during the transfer window; if they can add more attacking players, that might pave the way for a move to Jack Harrison.” However, I don’t believe that a possible departure from Harrison is now in the works.
“He will remain a part of Farke’s plans and will be hoping to make an impression and get more playing time in the upcoming weeks, at least until the January window.” Harrison was pushed lower down the hierarchy and his position in the team was further questioned when Noah Okafor joined Leeds in the summer.
Harrison rebuilding bridges at Leeds United
Harrison was expected to quit Leeds, according to a July Football Insider report, as he damaged relations with the team when he left after they were relegated. Along with some of his well-known players who also left when the squad was struggling, the Elland Road crowd was not pleased with his choice. Upon his return to Leeds, it became evident that he still needed to work on repairing those relationships and winning back the supporters’ faith.
