Fabio Paratici agrees terms over Tottenham return and will have ‘final say’ on one major Spurs decision
Following more than ten years at Juventus, the Italian joined Spurs as managing director of football in the summer of 2021. He stayed in North London for almost two years before FIFA had him leave.
The football regulatory body banned Paratici for two and a half years, and he is still serving that sentence.
He will be able to return to work in the summer, though, and Tottenham has agreed to bring him back to North London.

According to Graham Bailey, the head journalist for TBR Football, Fabio Paratici has reached an agreement over his return to Tottenham Hotspur.
In March, we disclosed that Daniel Levy had instructed Paratici to go back to North London and “finish what you started.”
Despite reaching an agreement on conditions, AC Milan withdrew from negotiations with Paratici, opening the door for Spurs.
TBR can now announce that an agreement has been struck for Paratici to return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium following more talks with Levy.
Officially, the 52-year-old cannot begin work until July 1st, when the 30-month ban he received in 2023 for allegedly engaging in financial misconduct while at Juventus expires.
We have been informed that Paratici will return to his position as Technical Director, in charge of football, after he was forced to step down as managing director of football at Tottenham when FIFA made their announcement.
The Italian and Vinai Venkatesham, the new CEO who joined from Arsenal, will be part of a new football team at Spurs.

The domestic campaign for Tottenham has been devastating.
The North Londoners, who have lost 19 of their 34 games thus far, are expected to finish in the bottom half of the Premier League standings.
Regardless of whether Tottenham wins the Europa League or not, TBR reported in April that Ange Postecoglou would be fired at the end of the current campaign.
We can now reveal that Paratici will have the “last say” on Spurs’ managerial issues and will choose Postecoglou’s replacement should the Australian go.
Simone Inzaghi has been linked to Tottenham; Paratici will be familiar with the manager from his experience in Serie A.
