10) Evanilson (Bournemouth)
It was always going to be difficult for whoever Bournemouth acquired last summer to replace Dominic Solanke, and Evanilson had some teething issues during his first few months there, but now that April has arrived, there is no question as to whether the Brazilian has been a wise addition.
We appreciate the hustle, but finishing in the top ten of the season might be a reach.
9) Yankuba Minteh (Brighton)
Minteh’s departure from Newcastle United last summer, when their team was in dire need of a right winger, infuriated supporters. Last season, the youthful attacker was a standout on loan at Arne Slot’s Feyenoord, but according to profit and sustainability regulations, the Magpies had to cash in and received £30 million for a player they had purchased for £6 million the year before.
After making a nice profit and avoiding a point deduction, Newcastle is still well-positioned to earn a spot in the Champions League.
8) Nikola Milenkovic (Nottingham Forest)
The Serbian center-back Milenkovic, the Premier League’s genuine signing of the season, has played a key role in Nottingham Forest’s incredible 2024–2025 campaign.
He and Murillo have one of the strongest center-back combinations in the Premier League, which is a major factor in Forest’s third-place finish.
7) Dominic Solanke (Tottenham Hotspur)
Given how frequently he has been hurt, we are astonished to see Solanke’s name appear. Despite his fitness concerns, he reaches the minutes played threshold and finishes eighth, ahead of Evanilson, Milenkovic, and Minteh.
This season, Solanke has scored a good seven goals in 22 league games and has performed admirably when available.
6) Dean Huijsen (Bournemouth)
All the information we want is provided by the fact that Huijsen is already being associated with every major European team. He is a very gifted center defender who has a bright future in the sport.
It is evident that Bournemouth is merely a stopgap for the Spaniard, who may leave after just one season at the Vitality.

5) Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest)
Anderson is the second Newcastle sale in the top ten, which is not good for them, even though both were essential in preventing a possible points deduction. Nottingham Forest is the only club represented twice.
Although many Newcastle supporters were disappointed to see the academy graduate go, Anderson was always well-liked by the team’s supporters. Anderson was never particularly well-liked by other clubs’ supporters, and a £35 million move to Forest looked dubious at the time. Although it cost a lot of money, the 22-year-old has been a revelation in the middle for Nuno Espirito Santo.
4) Aaron Wan-Bissaka (West Ham)
Over the past 12 months, there has been a significant shift in the Wan-Bissaka story. Once thought to be only a good defensive right-back, he is much more than that and will continue to be underappreciated.
The former Manchester United full-back has been a great addition to West Ham for under £15 million.
3) Savinho (Manchester City)
It is evident that the algorithm believes in deep statistics such as progressive carries and take-ons. Although Savinho has a lot of them, his goal total is not the best; this season, he has only scored once in the league. In 25 games, he does have a decent ten assists.
2) Maxence Lacroix (Crystal Palace)
In addition to making 159 clearances (seventh in the Premier League) and 45 interceptions (sixth), Lacroix has more last-man tackles (5) than any other player in the league this season, and Palace benefits greatly from his exceptional recovery speed.
1) Iliman Ndiaye (Everton)
Everton’s acquisition of Ndiaye is a brilliant move. Since David Moyes left, they have had a terrible transfer record, save for Richarlison, Jordan Pickford, Romelu Lukaku, and a few others. However, in the past two seasons, they have improved their strategy with the wise additions of Idrissa Gana Gueye, James Tarkowski, Dwight McNeil, and most recently, former Sheffield United attacker Ndiaye.
This season, the Senegal international has been Everton’s greatest player. He has scored some important goals, including an equalizer from the penalty spot against Real Madrid’s nemesis Arsenal last weekend.
Although we don’t often commend Everton for their wise choices, their £15 million acquisition of Ndiaye is deserving of appreciation.
