Good news!, Leeds are on the verge of   signing  ‘Unbelievable’ striker with 51 goals in last two seasons – report

Leeds United want to sign Feyenoord striker Santiago Gimenez

TV Azteca reports that Leeds United wants to make a stunning summer transfer to sign Feyenoord striker Santiago Gimenez.

After scoring 51 goals in his two seasons in the Eredivisie, the Mexico international has decided he wants to move to the Premier League, according to a news outlet that posted on their website on May 31.

However, Leeds, Tottenham, Liverpool, and recently promoted Southampton have all been mentioned as interested parties in the race for his signature as he considers moving to England rather than Spain’s La Liga.

Leeds United to sign Santiago Gimenez?

A transfer rumor will undoubtedly fall into the latter category due to his caliber and the competition for his signature. There are two types of rumors: ambition and insanity.

Gimenez, an international striker, has been among the most productive players over the past two seasons; journalist Manuel Veth has called his goal scoring “unbelievable.”

Feyenoord may want up to £80 million in order to leave, according to some reports from earlier in the season, and since the Whites are in the Championship, that is just not possible.

If he truly has made up his mind to move to England, it is very possible that the club was keeping a watch on him in case they were promoted.

But this deal was scuttled the instant the final whistle blew at Wembley, so Leeds supporters shouldn’t really get their hopes up about acquiring the 23-year-old. It is simply not going to occur.

Leeds wants to sign this Chelsea defender on a season-long loan, according to other club news.

Leeds United urged to sign Joe Rodon permanently this summer by former manager

The Welshman, who signed a season-long loan with the Whites last summer, will now leave following Southampton’s loss at Wembley.

The news of Red Bull’s sponsorship could provide Daniel Farke with the much-needed boost during the transfer window, despite his initial financial concerns.

This could result in Rodon’s return this summer, and Grayson has urged the team to do so in an interview with the Yorkshire Evening Post on May 31.

“Joe Rodon seems like a real good addition to the team out of the non-contracted players,” the Sky Sports pundit stated.

“I think that fits the bill; you can’t be a Welsh international and play for Tottenham at the same time if you’re not a good player.”

Leeds United want Joe Rodon permanently

Without a doubt, Rodon was among Leeds’ most reliable players during the season, helping the team to the most Championship clean sheets.

The Welsh pair, together with Ethan Ampadu, have been essential to Farke’s success by helping to establish a strong foundation ahead of Illan Meslier.

During his loan, Rodon made 50 appearances for Leeds across all competitions, and the management is eager to make that number permanent.

All of that depends on the club’s finances, which are uncertain and require immediate attention.

It’s likely that important players like Wilfried Gnonto, Georginio Rutter, and Crysencio Summerville will all leave this summer.Leeds United

Although the Premier League is probably interested in signing him, Farke has the potential to make a great deal if he can get him back to Elland Road.

In other Leeds United news, Farke has been told by Phil Hay to put more faith in one player for the upcoming campaign.
