‘Shocking offer’ – Tottenham making it easy for club to buy Spurs player, propose bargain deal

‘Shocking offer’ – Tottenham making it easy for club to buy Spurs player, propose bargain deal

Tanguy Ndombélé of Tottenham Hotspur has been on loan at Galatasaray since the summer of last year, with the Istanbul team having the option to extend his stay permanently for €15 million.

This season, the midfielder has had difficulties both on and off the pitch. Akşam said last month that since Galatasaray has no intention of exercising the purchase option, Spurs wasted their breath negotiating it.

Numerous reports in the Turkish media suggest that the Tottenham player is not expected to stay in Istanbul past this season.

This situation takes on a new dimension thanks to Takvim, which may enable the Frenchman to stay longer at Galatasaray.

Ndombélé is out of contract in the summer of 2025, having struggled at Spurs since joining from Lyon in 2019. The report claims that Ange Postecoglou has no intention of using the player in his plans for the upcoming season, so Spurs are looking to get rid of him. Takvim claims that Tottenham has made a “shocking offer” to Galatasaray, after the Turkish club decided not to buy him for €15 million. Galatasaray has not yet responded to the Premier League side, but the outlet claims they are “cold to this proposal.”

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s transfer from Tottenham Hotspur to the Super Lig has the Turkish media buzzing with excitement today.

The midfielder is “on the road” to a transfer to Turkey, according to an Aksam article, which claims there has been a “flash development” in this pursuit.

The report begins by asserting that Hojbjerg will undoubtedly depart Tottenham at the end of the current campaign.

Then, it’s said that the player’s agent has visited Turkey for talks and is in contact with Turkish teams. Since there was already an approach made in the summer of last year, there is now a considerably greater probability of a move.

The situation may now be different even if Hojbjerg declined a transfer to Turkey in the past due to his imminent exit from Tottenham. In the upcoming days, additional developments are reportedly anticipated.
For the record, the Italian media has been talking about Serie A teams’ interest in the player for a while, so we must simply point out that the narrative seems overconfident in saying that Turkish clubs are the favourites to sign him.

Although the precise claim that Atletico Madrid was linked to the Tottenham player felt inflated, it does indicate that the player may be valued more highly than what Super Liga teams are willing to offer.
