In an interview with The Athletic, Dier revealed that he has a strong working connection with Daniel Levy and that he has spoken over the phone with the Tottenham chairman.

“After talking to Daniel, they had plans for him and Kane to go there. He told me that was being worked on, but I’m not sure,” Dier said to The Athletic.
