Having joined Leeds’ Under-23 team in 2022 after graduating from the Espanyol academy, the Spaniard has put in a lot of effort with the senior team, making 23 appearances.
Joseph did not get a senior Leeds goal until the match at Stamford Bridge, but he acknowledged that he felt relieved and good about it.
Nevertheless, he maintained that the story does not end with the goals because he had to put in a great deal of work in the background to reach the point where he could claim those strikes.
The forward said that he is willing to put in even more effort to achieve the same outcomes and that this is his reward for his hard work.
On the official Leeds United podcast, Joseph stated, “It felt really good.”
“It’s not just that I scored goals and feel good,”
It was almost like a treat because the behind-the-scenes job was extremely laborious.
“It seems like everything happens for a reason, and I’ll try again to reap the benefits.”
Joseph is currently awaiting his debut under Daniel Farke in the Championship this year.
