The Sevilla defender Loic Bade has been connected to a Tottenham Hotspur transfer recently.

The defender recently acknowledged that he is honoured to be associated with major teams like Tottenham, but he is currently focused on playing well for the Spanish team.

Fabrizio Romano, a transfer analyst, has recently disclosed their relationship with the 23-year-old defender.

Romano asserts that Tottenham has never engaged in negotiations to sign Bade and that they have no intention of doing so in the future.

According to the journalist on The Daily Briefing, Loic Bade might depart in the summer if a strong proposition is made.To the best of my knowledge, Tottenham did not initiate negotiations for him in January. Additionally, they have already signed Radu Dragusin, whom they believe has potential, so as of right now, there has been no movement.

This season, Radu Dragusin and Micky van de Ven have already been signed by the North London team. They have a strong defence group at their disposal in addition to gifted young defenders like Ashley Phillips who play for the team.

If, at the end of the season, they choose to add another seasoned defender, that would be very unexpected. If Bade joins Tottenham, it is unlikely that he will see much action on the pitch, thus it would not be a wise decision for the player either.

At this point in his career, the 23-year-old needs to play frequently, thus he should try to sign with a team where he will have plenty of playing time.

When the season comes to an end, Tottenham should try to add several elite forwards and midfielders. Although Spurs have the makings of a strong team, Ange Postecoglou must add more players to his roster if he hopes to contend for significant titles the following campaign.
