In order to help their team score nearly two goals per game, Gnonto has partnered with record signing Georginio Rutter and fifteen-goal wonder Crysencio Summerville. Even though the player has obvious talent, these feats would not be possible without the dugout man, who now appears to be getting paid more.

McAvennie reacts to latest Leeds contract news

Former West Ham United and Celtic striker Frank McAvennie stated in an interview with Football Insider that Farke is more than worthy of a new contract at Leeds after turning around the team’s fortunes.

“In recent seasons, Leeds has had a number of competent managers. Farke, though, has been fantastic for them.He’s done a great job leading them in an entertaining kind of football play. Oh my God, he deserves a new contract.”

The 49ers are obviously keen to lock down their manager if they make a return to the Premier League this season, as evidenced by the revelation of a new deal for Farke that surfaced last week. With reports of new contracts for players like Summerville and Patrick Bamford, the 47-year-old would be eligible for a significant wage increase if he could lead the Whites back to the promised land along with several other players.

Leeds appears to be on course to overcome a difficult start to the season and make a strong comeback to the top flight with a win rate of 63% and an excellent two points each game. Farke has won the second division twice already with Norwich City, so there’s no questioning his ability to win it a third time.

Perhaps the prospect of a wage increase will provide Farke and his players with the extra motivation they need to push through as the Championship season draws to a close. It’s still everything to play for with thirteen games remaining, including a matchup with league leaders Leicester, but as things stand right now, Leeds appear to be in a strong position to win.
