Doctor: Tottenham player likely to be out for few weeks, nutrition or lack of sleep can be issue

Dr Rajpal Brar states that it is still anticipated that Tottenham defender Ryan Sessegnon would be sidelined for a few weeks.

According to the injury expert, the English left-back is struggling to break free from a cycle of injuries.

His inability to stay fit for an extended amount of time may be caused by variables off the field, such as stress, poor diet, lack of sleep, or other issues.

Physical therapy physician and sports scientist Dr. Brar said of Sessegnon’s current status of play in an exclusive interview with Toronto News: “He is stuck in a re-injury cycle and is finding it extremely hard to get out of it.”

The issue can be greatly resolved by his playing sports and taking the best possible care of his health.

“It might be poor nutrition, inadequate sleep, stress that needs to be reduced, strength training, or conditioning.”

The key to breaking free from that loop will be for him to focus in on the problem and then work hard to find a solution.

“I need a few more weeks to find him.”

Does Sessegnon have a future at Tottenham?

The 23-year-old didn’t play for the Lilywhites after making his comeback to the field for the FA Cup match against Burnley at the beginning of January.

He is now out with a thigh ailment and missed the months of August through December because of a Grade 3 hamstring strain.

When the season ends, Sessegnon will still have one year left on his contract, so if the Spurs want to cash in on him, they might seek for buyers in the summer.tottenham

The Englishman hasn’t performed to his full ability since relocating to North London, and his fitness record hasn’t helped either.

Jamie Carragher says Harry Kane has done something he used to do after Tottenham defeats at Bayern now

Harry Kane’s usage by Bayern Munich is now being compared by Jamie Carragher to how Tottenham Hotspur frequently used him.

The worst of the loss will have gone to Thomas Tuchel, who is not living up to Bayern’s lofty standards.

And without a quick recovery, Kane may now have to wait until a future campaign to pursue meaningful trophies in Germany.

That being said, Jamie Carragher was talking about how wonderfully Kane performed in front of the cameras on CBS Sports last night.

Carragher believed that, similar to his time at Tottenham, Kane made the appropriate statements to ease the pressure on Bayern.

As if Kane had just gotten into a routine, the commentator thought, saying all the correct things without stirring up any controversy.

Jamie Carragher says Harry Kane is repeating Tottenham trick at Bayern Munich

Carragher gave an explanation of his feelings, saying, “Harry Kane, I have heard him do that interview so many times before when a game hasn’t gone well.

“I believe that occasionally, as a manager or as the team, you wonder who can speak up and do the right thing without making headlines, and he always says the right thing, he knows what to say, and what he says is spot on.”
