Leeds United: Sky Sports pundit slams one thing Willy Gnonto did wrong in 4-0 win v Swansea
During the first half of the match against Swansea City, Leeds United’s Willy Gnonto had the opportunity to seal the three points, but he missed it.
The winger will have been “so frustrated,” according to Sky Sports analyst Sam Parkin, after squandering a chance in the first half in South Wales while his team was ahead 2-0.

The Italian forward missed a good opportunity to score against Swansea custodian Carl Rushworth, but he quickly made up for it as Leeds defeated the Swans 4-0.
“Willy Gnonto will be so frustrated,” Parkin said live on Sky Sports Action (9.02pm, 13 February). “At this stage of the game, that’s it, that’s the three points there really.
“But the shot lacks conviction, doesn’t find either corner, hits Rushworth in the midriff. It was a very, very comfortable save for the goalkeeper.”
Willy Gnonto flying high at Leeds United
Given that he hasn’t actually been at Leeds for that long, Gnonto’s tenure there has been quite the ride.
Throughout his tenure with the team, the winger has been connected to an Elland Road exit; however, he is currently enjoying himself on the pitch and seems likely to stay that way.
The attacker’s wild ride of a career was summed up brilliantly against Swansea, as he lost a fantastic opportunity to end the game early.
Shortly after that meek attempt at goal, though, he bounced back and drove the ball past the home team before putting it in.
The visitors led 4-0 in South Wales when Gnonto added another, and the outcome undoubtedly served as a warning to the remaining title contenders.
After all the commotion around his Leeds future last month, the Italian appears to have finally found peace, but things could change again during the summer transfer window.
