James Maddison has now shared what Yves Bissouma did in Tottenham dressing room after returning

Now that Mali lost to the Ivory Coast 2-1 in the AFCON quarterfinals on Saturday, the Tottenham No. 8 is back in north London.
Though some might have expected Bissouma to be exhausted following his time in the Ivory Coast, he didn’t appear exhausted as Maddison captured him bouncing around and dancing to music inside Hotspur Way.
With an exuberant bounce around the dressing room with Emerson Royal, the £25 million man wrote, “he’s been back two minutes,” as the England international captioned the video.
It is excellent to see Bissouma in high spirits because AFCON must have taken a toll on him, both psychologically and physically.
Hojbjerg surely sweating as Bissouma returns
In our opinion, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s playing time will soon decline considerably with Bissouma’s return.
The Denmark international has been a regular fixture in the starting lineup while Bissouma and Pape Matar Sarr have been away in the Ivory Coast.
Hojbjerg, who started the most of the games prior to the AFCON, will undoubtedly return to the bench now that the African tandem is back in the N17.
In the Premier League, the Tottenham No. 5 did not make his debut until the end of October.
While Hojbjerg is an excellent professional, he lacks the skill that Bissouma and Sarr have in terms of dribbling past opponents and sprinting into space—a crucial ability for any Ange Postecoglou midfielder.
We can only hope that Bissouma, who may shortly receive a new deal, is prepared to make his Tottenham debut very soon.
