Tottenham now ready to agree transfer – Spurs softening which will help January move happen
Bryan Gil has been a target for clubs throughout the most of January, as has been the case with every transfer window since he joined Tottenham.
Lazio is currently one of the teams who have revived their interest in the winger. The Spaniard has been connected to a few teams in Spain as well as Fiorentina in Italy.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Gil was first wanted by Maurizio Sarri’s team in the summer and may be “leaving again” at this time.
According to Ange Postecoglou, the 22-year-old is “out of the plans” at Tottenham. It is thought that the team is now “willing to let him go out on loan,” and they may even allow an option to buy with the deal.
Gil, who the London team originally paid €25 million to acquire, is viewed by them as a “talent waiting for the right opportunity.” However, the investment hasn’t exactly paid off.
Sarri is rumored to “appreciate his technical skills,” and the manager was “convinced” that the Tottenham player might be one of his best going forward.
That notion is still in place today, and as Lazio continues to look for ways to bolster their offensive, perhaps a deal might be reached.
