But according to sources from earlier today, Saudi side Al-Nassr is now pursuing Royal. There have been rumours that Tottenham rejected a proposal for the defender and that Royal is content enough to stay at Spurs.
Journalist Ben Jacobs has now provided a little more information, stating that the bid that was received was approximately £21.5 million and that, as of right now, Al-Nassr may even submit a second bid.
