Journalist claims Leeds will have to pay £1m+ to sign new target, four other Championship clubs keen

He has still contributed to ten goals this season in 17 games—five of those have come from assists. Even though he plays football in the fourth division in England, he is excelling. It is reported that Leeds is keeping an eye on the striker’s circumstances.

Leeds told new 21-year-old target will cost north of £1m, but other Championship clubs are keen

Journalist Edmund Brack of the South London Press asserted earlier this week that Leeds was monitoring Al-Hamadi and that his departure would result in a record sale. 2025 marks the expiration of his Wimbledon contract.

Here’s an update from journalist Witcoop of Mirror. He claims that Wimbledon will demand more over £1 million after rejecting down offers from Barnsley and Peterborough in the summer. Cardiff, Bristol City, Hull, and Stoke are all eager.

Leeds United told Ali Al-Hamadi will cost north of £1m fee

Clearly a significant talent with the potential to play in the Premier League in the future. Al-Hamadi must, however, make a significant choice. He has to decide whether side will let him continue to play senior football on a regular basis.

Is Leeds doing that? Likely not. Mateo Joseph, Joel Piroe, Joe Gelhardt, Patrick Bamford, and Georginio Rutter are all fighting for the first spot. Even if Al-Hamadi were to join us in January, he would not replace those guys.

But his future is bright, no question about it. Maybe he could continue playing on a regular basis in the Championship if he joined a Cardiff or Hull team. A possible steal and one to watch out for.
