Hojbjerg made his Premier League debut on Monday night as Spurs defeated Fulham 2-0.

The fifteen million-pound player made a significant impact in midfield when he started in place of the suspended Yves Bissouma.

James Maddison, in fact, called his performance “absolutely outstanding,” and it’s possible that he will seek to start again on Friday.

Naturally, Bissouma has been a great player for Tottenham this year and is expected to return to the team.

Udogie had to leave the game on Monday due to a strained muscle, but according to Dan Kilpatrick of The Standard, a source inside Tottenham has said both Sarr and Udogie will be OK on Friday.

After Hojbjerg’s outstanding performance against Fulham, we believe Postecoglou might decide to rest Sarr.

In order to do this, Bissouma or the Dane would have to start as a No. 8 over Sarr in a midfield three that also included Hojbjerg and James Maddison.

Regarding the front three, Postecoglou has to decide between Brennan Johnson and Richarlison for a berth on the left side.

Thus far this season, Son Heung-Min and Dejan Kulusevski have been consistent players, and it appears like they will continue to lead the attack.

But after Richarlison gave his greatest performance of the season against Fulham, we think the Australian should continue playing with him on Friday.

Johnson barely made a full recovery from a hamstring injury on Monday, so this would also allow him extra time to become well.
