The Welsh members of the Whites team play against Turkey on Tuesday, November 21 in what could be a critical Euro 2024 qualifier, thus it is highly possible that they won’t return to Leeds training until the day before the game at the New York Stadium.

The advantage of this switch is that Leeds will have five full days to recover before their match against Swansea City on November 29. This is because they will be entering the busiest stretch of the season, when they will play 10 games in six and a half weeks.

Fortunately, the scheduling of the other two games should have little impact on the field because the trip to the Stadium of Light is played on the same night as originally scheduled and the match against Blackburn takes place after Farke’s team had gone a week without a midweek encounter.
