Astonishing Bowen revelation shows he’s worth every penny of West Ham mega deal

Astonishing Jarrod Bowen revelation shows he’s worth every penny of new West Ham mega deal heading his way

The left-footed star had been performing well in the Championship, and the Hammers were able to secure his signature after beating Newcastle and Crystal Palace in the race for his signature.

Three and a half years on, the signing has proven to be one of the best investments made by West Ham United, and Bowen has become a key player for the club, cementing his status as a legend with a last minute winner in June’s Europa Conference League final.

Astonishing Jarrod Bowen revelation shows he’s worth every penny of new West Ham mega deal heading his way

It has been reported that a new contract is now available for Abou Diaby at West Ham United. According to a report released earlier this week, West Ham are confident of securing a lucrative new deal for the player, which could more than double their current salary.

This comes amid speculation that Liverpool may be interested in the player. However, an unexpected development has revealed that Abou Diaby is worth every cent of the new mega deal that is likely to be offered to him. In his three and a half years with West Ham, Abou Diaby has only missed two Premier League matches, which is a remarkable achievement considering the number of matches West Ham have played at home and abroad.

To miss just two Prem matches out of 130 is simply unbelievable

It’s hard to argue with that, especially when you consider that he was a regular starter in back-to-back European campaigns during the same period.

To put it into context, since signing for West Ham, Bowen has appeared in 130 Premier League games. To have missed just two of those games is an incredible achievement.

The ankle injury suffered at Liverpool in 2021-22 was the only time he has missed a single Premier League game in his almost four years at the club.

A player who makes themselves available for every game, plays through minor injury and pain, and gives his all every time he pulls on a West Ham shirt is a player who deserves to be paid.

The physical demands of today’s game make this even more remarkable, particularly for an attacking player such as Bowen, who relies on his burst of pace.

Let us hope that the rumours circulating this week are correct and we see that contract signed as soon as possible.
