NATIONAL MEDIA BLOWN AWAY BY 23-YEAR-OLD SPURS PLAYER’S LATEST DISPLAY
The Swedish media has praised Tottenham Hotspur winger Dejan Kulusevski for his performance in the 5-0 demolition of Estonia.
Dejan Kulusevski shone against Estonia, putting on possibly his best display while wearing a Sweden jersey.
With Premier League players traveling all over the world recently, the first international break of the season has already begun.
Tottenham now has a plethora of players playing, including Argentina’s Cristian Romero, Mali’s Yves Bissouma, and England’s James Maddison.
Then there is Kulusevski, who has teamed up with Sweden for their games during this international break against Estonia and Austria.

If Kulusevski needed a real confidence boost, it most definitely materialized against Estonia on Saturday night.
Against Estonia, Kulusevski was a threat cutting in from the right wing and was instrumental in establishing the groundwork for Viktor Gyokeres’ opening goal.
After finding himself on the left side of the box, Kulusevski moved past a few defenders to score Sweden’s second goal.
The Tottenham star nearly scored another goal with a cutting run along the right flank that took him around two defenders.
In the second half, Kulusevski switched roles and started the scoring by crossing an inch-perfect ball to Robin Quaison’s head.
In the end, Sweden won 5-0, and Kulusevski had a great time in Tallinn.

Certainly, Kulusevski’s performance versus Estonia impressed the Swedish media.
Kulusevski and Ken Sema were the only players with ratings above three on Fotboll Skanalen, both receiving a four out of five.
In addition to his goal and assist, they claimed that Kulusevski “threatened almost constantly” and was near other direct goal involvements.
Svenska Fans went on to say that Kulusevski’s performance versus Estonia was “one of his best” on the international stage overall.
Aftonbladet added to the admiration for the 23-year-old wide player by praising Kulusevski as “phenomenal.”
When Tottenham returns to Premier League play next weekend against Sheffield United, they will undoubtedly expect to see Kulusevski put up a performance like this.
