Prior to Millwall, Leeds has an injury list and prospective comeback dates. Four players, including a £25 million player, are looking to be healthy.
The international break, in Daniel Farke’s opinion, arrived just in time for Leeds United.
Leeds has now been able to regroup and take a break after a turbulent summer of constant uncertainty in front of actually kicking off their season at Millwall.
Injuries plagued Leeds during the first month of the season, and they were even unable to have a full bench for games against Birmingham City and West Bromwich Albion.

The roster, though, could appear much stronger when the season resumes thanks to a rush of late additions, and a few players are also getting close to making their injury comebacks.
Following is a list of Leeds’ current injuries and the anticipated dates for their returns.
Byram, Sam
Byram sustained an adductor injury in the opening period of last month’s victory against Ipswich Town, keeping him out of the tie with Sheffield Wednesday. However, Farke affirmed that Byram should be able to play against Millwall the following Sunday.
Targeted return match: Millwall
Dan James
James, a Welsh winger, has been sidelined since the 1-1 draw with West Brom owing to an adductor injury, just like Byram. Despite the fact that he was not selected for the Wales squad this month, a comeback at Millwall does not appear to be out of the question.
Targeted return match: Millwall
Patrick Bamford
In the last preseason game of the summer, Bamford suffered a hamstring injury while playing away at Hearts. A return to Millwall is also a possibility as Farke announced in the days that followed that he would be unavailable until after the first international break.
Targeted return match: Millwall
Junior Firpo

Firpo has been missing for Farke’s whole tenure thus far, although Leeds said in a club statement more than a month ago that he would return in four weeks. He might return for his first season debut against Millwall after telling the Spanish media earlier this week that he was in good health.
Targeted return match: Millwall
Liam Cooper
Cooper damaged his plantar fascia while scoring Leeds’ first goal of the year against Cardiff, forcing him to sit on the sidelines for eight weeks. According to that timeline, Cooper is nearly halfway through his recovery and might make his comeback for the home game against Bristol City next month.
