‘Whatever it takes, Spurs should spend £100m on’: Jamie O’Hara says there’s an ‘absolutely sensational’ player Spurs should spend £100m on

Jamie O’Hara says there’s a player Tottenham should be spending £100m on next summer

Jamie O’Hara wants Tottenham to spend £100m on Evan Ferguson

As is well known, Ferguson has already been linked to a number of clubs, including Tottenham and Arsenal.

And former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara told Sky that Ferguson is the one for Spurs to replace Kane after receiving acclaim from all quarters this past weekend for his performance against Newcastle.

“I believe he’s fantastic. He’s been mentioned for a few years, and he is really fantastic and has everything. Harry Kane comes to mind, but he’s better because Kane wasn’t even participating in Premier League at that time, according to O’Hara.

“He fits Kane’s mold quite well. He is yet another player worth between £80 and $100 million. I have no idea how Brighton manages to find these players. Next summer, if Tottenham has something on them, pay whatever it takes to sign Ferugson. Brighton sells, we know that. Spurs should go sign him and use the money earned from Kane on him. He is the new age.

Ferguson didn’t play much to begin the season, but lately he’s been unstoppable. In fact, he and Brighton are likely to suffer from the timing of the international break.

Tottenham and others will be watching closely

The main challenge Spurs will have in their attempt to sign Ferguson is demonstrating their suitability as his new club. Simply put, they must place in the top four to accomplish that.

The presence of other clubs will be another problem. Even though Manchester City has Erling Haaland, Arsenal is already present and won’t be far behind.

Evan Ferguson currently has a real-deal appearance. The league hasn’t truly seen such a talent take over the number nine position like this since Alan Shearer.

It would be a major victory for Tottenham if they were able to sign him.
