Daniel Farke may be on the verge of signing his own version of Casemiro with a £5.5 million “monster” transfer.

After a slower phase in the transfer market, Leeds United now appears ready to get back up as Daniel Farke works tirelessly to strengthen his squad.

The Dutchman justified his new club’s belief in the market by scoring on his debut to give them their first victory of the Championship season. Joel Piroe was their most recent high-profile addition.

With the ultimate objective of a Premier League return now firmly in their sights, it signals the beginning of what promises to be a very lucrative tenure at Elland Road.

Fabrizio Romano’s suggestion that they sign another star they appear to be interested in might give that goal a significant boost.

Alternative reports have suggested that the Finland international will cost just £5.5m to pry from the Scottish giants, having agreed personal terms earlier in the week.

This arrival would make Farke’s squad, which appears to be returning to form and the necessary standard to contend at the right end of the table, even better.

Both of these defensive midfielders have an offensive drive that has been crucial for their teams, and Kamara is probably hoping that by continuing to play like the renowned stopper, he will have a similarly outstanding debut season at Elland Road.
