According to new information from transfer insider Dean Jones, Kamara, 27, has been linked with a transfer away from the Glasgow-based team for some time.
The midfielder has 193 games under his belt for Rangers, with nine goals and 11 assists. He now has the option of playing for Leeds in England.
Even though Middlesbrough and Coventry City of the English second division were interested in the Finnish midfielder, according to Football Insider, Leeds and the player have come to an agreement.
According to the source, Kamara’s current employers have given the go-ahead for him to go for greener pastures because he missed the first few weeks of first team training but has since returned.
Footballscotland reports that a £5 million fee has been placed on the midfielder’s head, but there are concerns that the longer this issue continues, the harder it may be to obtain the full asking amount.

What has Ben Jacobs said about Leeds United and Glen Kamara?
In an interview, Jacobs argued that Kamara’s transfer to Elland Road has “substance” and even suggested that it would be a good deal if they could sign him for less than £5 million.
The journalist maintained that the aforementioned player is more inclined to consider moving to Yorkshire than extending his stay at his current club.
