The Spanish team is reportedly interested in signing the former Real Madrid player, but negotiations with Daniel Levy are proving challenging.

“After Tierney’s move to Real Sociedad, Reguilon deal collapses. Despite long negotiations with Tottenham for their target there was no agreement between clubs.“
Tierney will travel to Spain tomorrow [Saturday] in order to undergo medical and sign at Real Sociedad.”
Tottenham, however, is unaffected by the transfer meltdown because they have enough money right now because to the sale of Harry Kane. However, Spurs do need to cut their squad since Ange Postecoglou has a growing list of players who are no longer part of his plans.
